Application Process and Forms

Thank you for your interest in the Retreat in Daily Life Program. The Application Process is described below.

By September 8th, fill out the online application form (found . . .here

or download a copy (PDF form found  here , Word Doc found  here) and submit it via email or US Mail.

Once your application is received you will be contacted for an interview by one of our team.

When applications and interviews are completed, the team will discern which applicants will be accepted into the retreat. The number of trained prayer companions limits how many retreatants can be accepted. 

Information from the application and interview allows us to try to match retreatants with suitable prayer companions.

Applicants will be notified once this discernment process is completed.

The fee for the retreat will be due on the night of the first retreat meeting.
